It is my intention that no Phonewallet customer should be dissatisfied with their purchase, or incur the expense for a purchase that is not compatible with their phone. If you have doubts about the compatibility of your phone, or any questions, we welcome your enquiries. Please submit any questions to Phonewallet.
If you wish to make a claim relating to your order, it must be done by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your Phonewallet(s).
The Phonewallet(s) must be received by us within 14 days of you informing us of your return. After confirming your claim, we will re-supply the goods or credit you in full after receiving the returned phonewallet(s). The postage cost of returning a Phonewallet will be included in your refund.
Phonewallet collects, retains and uses only the information about our customers that is required by law to administer our business and provide service to our customers. We retain this information for no longer than is necessary to meet these objectives. Your details will be handled in the strictest confidence and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them. We will not use or disclose your details to a third party.
